Carole Mullineux and Val Jones have joined the nxo team. Joining as marketing director, Carole brings over twenty years multi-disciplined marketing experience in a variety of sectors including food retail and manufacturing, financial services, automotive, luxury brands and the public sector as well as a BA(Hons) in Marketing and the CIM Diploma. Her knowledge and involvement in consultancy and franchise environments alongside her most recent success at building an international start-up brand, will help Carole to develop nxo strategy and drive the ongoing expansion of the network. As sales director at nxo, Val will be utilising her extensive knowledge and experience to advise the network on business development matters. Val’s track record in business development, includes being the Head of UK Sales at MBNA Europe Bank Ltd where she worked on commercial co-branding partnerships ranging from Virgin Money to Thomas Cook, Red Ribbon, IMG Music Card, Manchester United and Liverpool FC.
