nxo Lancaster has begun working with ITC (Information Technology Communications) to increase awareness of the benefits an integrated communications system can bring.
ITC offers business communication solutions to a variety or organisations across multiple sectors. The initial stage of the project is focused on a telemarketing campaign with two key objectives: to create sales opportunities and to gather information on the prospect company in order to build more accurate profiles for future target market campaigns. This approach helps to generate sales revenue in the short-term whilst building up contacts and data for more efficient and effective marketing in the long-term. It’s an increasingly popular method for clients looking to minimise the risk of investment prior to return, allowing them to utilise the short-term revenue to implement a long-term, budgeted Marketing Plan.
ITC has already had several meetings with prospective customers identified through the telemarketing campaign and will be employing an internal team to develop the campaign into a continuous process. The next stage is due to begin with the implementation of a 12 month marketing plan.
nxo Lancaster’s David Mapple said: "The integration of digital technologies including networked computing, telecommunications, broadband internet and the world wide web – referred to as convergence – is bringing fundamental changes to the ways in which business, whether large or small, local or global, is conducted.
"Businesses are missing opportunities by not utilising the systems ITC offer because they are hugely beneficial, way ahead technologically yet cost effective in comparison to other products on the market. Managing Director, Brian Tolley, recognised the fact that with a sales conversion rate of over 70%, the key objective was to increase awareness then let the product speak for itself."
